This weekend we went for a hike in the Marin headlands, which sounded like a great idea (right?), except that yesterday I rode my bike for the first "long distance" ride I've been on in over two years. Maybe I should have started small instead of going from 0 to 17 miles? ... Everything hurts.
Good thing the scenery was so nice.
We even saw a few dolphins cavorting!

I'll vote for the Slow Cooked Arctic Char. How does one slow cook fish without overcooking it?
I have heard of chicken adobo but have no idea what that is so my vote goes to D!
I would have voted for the Artic Char BUT because of where we live I will vote for the chicken adobo. Dallas and I enjoyed the beautiful scenic picture taken during your hike.
